How can evil flourish? Because Gods’ people ignore it.
Many Christians believe speaking out about Political matters is wrong. So, the local church watches as local and federal rulers do wrong and oppress the innocent. But Mar_13:9 says, But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues, ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them.
The disciples spoke up loudly, and boldly! They called sin – sin even to those who had great authority over them. Because they spoke up – many came to faith in Jesus.
Today, we watch as our current administration behaves like the Communist countries that our grandfathers fought. People my age should remember what we were taught about Communism and Nazieism! Both were anti-God and both killed or imprisoned anyone who disagreed! This administration is actively demonstrating those same characteristics. Mr, Trump, good or bad is entitled to his Constitutional rights! We watch as He and hundreds of others are abused because they don’t agree with this current administration. Jan 6 people are still in prison without a trial. Everyone is entitled to have an opinion and should not suffer violence for it. This is the spirit of lawlessness!
I watch tv news only to see young people in the streets beating old people, stealing cars, burning a little bit of everything, and elders on the sidelines with no idea what to do. Who’s paying for them to have all their needs met without working?
Elders, you can stop giving them money to burn, turn off their cell phones, and stop paying for those schools, which are terrorist training grounds.
Jesus said occupy till I come. He didn’t just mean church buildings He didn’t mean to be quiet everywhere else, and only speak to other Christians!
The voice of the church whispers when it should be loud and boisterous. Christians should be peacefully letting their voices be heard in the streets, instead of hoping sinners will listen to their podcast, broadcast or Facebook live. Those are good for other Christians, but who’s going to reach the lawless children? It could be your children!
To those of you who are young enough to make a difference for those in the devils’ grasp… get loud Yes, but get loud outside of church too!
Mar 16:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
Mar 16:16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
Mar 16:17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
Mar 16:18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
Maybe we can’t go to Africa but we can go to Chillicothe, Waverly, Jackson, or Wellston! There are lost, homeless, forsaken, rejected souls waiting to see the Kingdom in action.
I can’t protest but I can write to my Senator and my Congressman! I can make my voice heard. What about you?
