Today I make plans hoping they see the light of day! I plan to write about so many profound things and yet the pages lay empty. Just for today, I think I will lose weight, change my hair and get healthier and yet, I still look and feel the same! Getting control is harder than we think. So many things to do in this ole body. Perhaps I can do one thing at a time and so accomplish something?
I often sit and plan how I will change my diet. I have decided many times to divorce sugar and starches until I find out exactly how much of my diet consists of those things! I plan to get up early and stop staying up late and here I am up late – writing lol!
Today, I realize I am a creature of habit, and so many of the things I want to change can only be changed one at a time! One bad habit at a time, I plan to get better :)
